Telling us your iPhone model and your iOS version makes most problems quicker to find. If a sound behaved oddly, say which sounds were on and roughly how long the app had been playing.
No. The sound is computed on the phone, so HushScape works in airplane mode and on a plane at altitude. There is no account and no sign-in.
Yes. Playback continues with the screen locked, and the lock screen carries the usual play and pause controls.
Yes. Turn on Play With Other Audio in Settings inside the app. While that is on, iOS gives the lock screen controls to the other app, so the HushScape transport disappears from there.
Pick a length in the dock and the sound fades out and stops when it ends. The countdown runs on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and the widget shows it too.
Tap a tile to turn a sound on, and drag up or down on that tile to set its level. Press and hold a tile to open its dials, which move the character of the sound while it plays.
Every sound is free, two at a time, with the sleep timer and your saved mixes. Pro opens the dials on every texture and lifts the limit on how many sounds play together.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal and Pro stays active until the period you paid for ends.
Sign in to the same Apple ID and open the Pro section in the app's settings, then use Restore Purchases.
Tell us which one and what you heard. The sounds are generated rather than recorded, so a report about a click, a hiss or a level that drifts is something we can measure and fix.
